WHAT YOU GET.

• We review your product and conduct research into the viability of the product or service in this market. We also have offices located in Johannesburg, South Africa and affiliates in several European countries should you wish to target these markets. We generate a report based on our findings and include a list of potential clients for your product or service. This report is forwarded to you immediately upon receipt of your acceptance of our proposal and receipt of the minimum payment (see below).

• Our fees are calculated as a percentage (between 5% and 10%) of sales forecast in our report. Alternatively, you may elect to set us your own target figure and we will calculate our fee based on your target.

  We contact a selection of potential distributors drawn from our extensive database.

• We appoint distributors in key areas for your products and set targets for each area.

• Your pricing is passed on to these distributors. We do not mark up or charge any commissions.

• We generate sales to those distributors and ensure that every transaction is completed from sale to delivery.

• Those appointed distributors receive the best possible pricing directly from you, giving your product a considerable price advantage over any competitor.

• We oversee all your advertising and promotions and co-ordinate promotional campaigns with local distributors.

• We create a web page for you within our web site with complete details of the product or service and where to buy.

WHAT WE GET

• We charge you a flat fee normally calculated at between 5% and 10% of your gross potential sales per annum in the targeted market. This may vary considerably and is calculated on a case by case basis. This fee is payable either monthly or quarterly.*

• We provide you with a recommended advertising and promotion schedule. Costs of these are not included in our fee and would be payable upon call directly to the advertising or promotional organisation. For example, if we recommend that you advertise through a series of television commercials and you accept this, we would place the advertising for you and you would pay the Television company directly upon invoicing.

• Although we do not demand exclusivity, we do prefer some exclusive rights to your products in given areas for at a period of at least one year.

• *A minimum sum of US$500 is payable in advance upon signing of contract. This covers costs involved in preparing a detailed report based on our research into the market potential of your product or service and some of the initial costs of a prospective product launch.
